GROWING SPECIALTY GOURMET MUSHROOMS
Welcome!
We grow a wide range of speciality gourmet mushrooms. Below is a very small example of some of the unique mushrooms we produce. All our mushrooms are grown predominantly on hardwood sawdust and no nasty chemicals or sprays are every sprayed on them. The only thing that gets spayed on our mushrooms is a very fine water mist.
Cultivate a healthy body.
Golden Oyster Mushrooms
This delicate gourmet mushroom definitely catches peoples eye at the farmers markets.
Shiitake
Shiitake mushrooms are probably the most common mushroom I grow but also one of the most popular with my customers.
Lion's Mane Mushroom
This mushroom has been in the spotlight a lot lately for it’s potential health benefits. A quick google search on this mushroom will keep bring up no end of potential health benefits this mushroom has to offer us.
